Overview

I serve as Creative Director for Vamp Network, a platform connecting creators, managers, and brands. The role spans UX/UI engineering, graphic design, SEO/AEO, and partnering directly with the CEO to build internal AI agentic flows that help the business scale.

Rather than stitching together off-the-shelf tools, I custom built the product end to end: a public-facing site and a backend dashboard that operations runs on every day.

A platform built around how the business actually operates: creators, managers, and brands in one place.

The challenge

Vamp Network needed more than a marketing presence. The business runs on relationships across three distinct audiences (creators, managers, and brands), and it needed a way to take in new creators as it grew.

Off-the-shelf tooling couldn't model those relationships the way the team needed. And as the business grew, the manual work of coordinating creators threatened to become the bottleneck.

The approach

I designed and built the platform on React and Vite with a Supabase database, wired to multiple external APIs for data sourcing.

  1. Vamp Network dashboard listing management applications by status, with totals and a chart of applications received

    Creator, manager, and brand management

A custom backend dashboard to manage creators, managers, and brands in one place.

  2. Vamp Network intake flow asking a creator how they want to work with the agency: management, commission or portfolio optimization

    Creator intake flow

New creators apply through an intake flow on the site, and every application is collected in the dashboard.

The work covered several fronts:

  • Product design and engineering. A custom backend dashboard to manage creators, managers, and brands, and an intake flow that brings new creator applications straight into it.
  • Brand and graphic design. Visual identity and design work carried across the product and marketing surfaces.
  • SEO/AEO. Technical and content optimization to make the platform discoverable in both traditional search and AI answer engines.
  • AI agentic workflows. Working alongside the CEO to design and implement internal AI flows that automate repetitive operational work and let the team scale without scaling headcount at the same rate.

The outcome

Vamp Network runs on a platform built specifically for how the business actually operates, with creators, managers, and brands all managed in one place, and AI flows absorbing operational work that would otherwise require more hands.

More than 50 new creators have applied through the intake flow, and every application is collected in the dashboard. In Google Search Console the site averages a 15% click-through rate.

The agency has seen solid growth across its management and performance services. That traction was enough to launch a new service, optimizing portfolios for UGC creators, which added $10,000 in revenue in its first month.
